Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy a clientReady plan on clientready.agency. By completing checkout, you agree to them.

1. What we provide

clientReady runs a done-for-you outbound email program for business-to-business companies. Depending on your plan, we find decision makers who match the ideal client you approve, write a personalized email to each one, send them from a sending network we build and manage for you, handle interested replies and book meetings on your calendar. We never send from your main domain.

2. Plans and billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, starting on the day you buy.
• Plan prices and monthly email volumes are as shown on our pricing section at the time you buy.
• There is no setup fee.

3. Three-month minimum

Every plan has a 3-month minimum term. The first month is used to build and warm up your sending network, which must happen before cold email can be sent safely, so results cannot be judged in the first 30 days. By buying, you agree to 3 consecutive monthly payments. After the third month, your plan continues month to month until you cancel with 30 days' written notice to richard@clientready.agency.

4. Monthly meeting targets

Starting in month 3, each plan works toward a monthly target of shown meetings: Launch 5 to 12, Growth 10 to 25, Scale 20 to 50, Dominate 40 to 100. Targets are goals, not guarantees. If a month comes in under target, we will show you why and what we are changing. A shown meeting is a meeting we booked with a person who matches the ideal client profile you approved, who joins a live call and stays at least 10 minutes. It also counts if you miss or cancel it. You have 48 hours after a meeting to tell us in writing it was not a fit. Progress toward your target depends on your side too, including approvals within 2 business days, enough open calendar time, and payments made on time.

5. What we need from you

• Complete the onboarding form.
• Approve your target list and email copy within 2 business days.
• Keep enough open meeting slots on your calendar for your plan, and have someone attend every meeting.
• Give us only true information about your business and results. You are responsible for the rules of your own industry.

6. Refunds

Payments are not refundable. We do not guarantee a number of meetings, closed deals, revenue or any specific business outcome.

7. Compliance

We follow the CAN-SPAM Act: accurate sender information, a valid postal address, honest subject lines and a working opt-out in every email. We email business addresses about business topics only, and we do not text prospects without their consent.

8. Your sending domains and work

Once your plan is paid in full, you own the sending domains registered for you and the copy and prospect lists created for you. If you ask within 30 days of ending, we will transfer the domains to you. Our methods, software and templates remain ours.

9. Limits

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before a claim. Neither side is liable for indirect or lost-profit damages. We may end service if asked to send anything false, misleading or illegal.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania. If a signed agreement exists between us, that agreement controls where it differs from these terms.
